Introduction: Hypoglycemia is an uncommon complaint among non diabetic patients. The aim of this study was to determine the role of fast test in the diagnostic approach to hypoglycemia.Patients and methods: It was a retrospective study, including 40 patients admitted in the endocrinology department from 2001 to 2015 for hypoglycemia signs.
